Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.

Hampers up to $149.95 in value	Order by 2pm	Next business day delivery to Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide & Major Metropolitan Cities. Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania can sometimes take an extra day.
Hampers $150+ in value	Order by 2pm	Next business day to Sydney 1-2 business days to Regional Queensland 2 business days Canberra & Regional New South Wales 2 business days Melbourne; 3 days regional Victoria 3 business days Adelaide; 4 days Regional South Australia 5 business days Perth, Darwin, Hobart, 6-7 days for respective Regional Areas Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania

Occasionally, delays in deliveries by our couriers can occur which are beyond our control such as accidents, adverse weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, etc and we cannot accept any responsibility for any delays in deliveries in these circumstances.

Sometimes items may be out of stock and we will substitute another product of equal or greater value.
