This is a luxury seven-roomed child's doll house, with plain walls and roofing. It is supplied with perspex in its door and windows as standard. The Leafield de luxe features a double-opening front wall that adds to its interest and accessibility. To create more space, we have inserted a ground floor right-angled staircase. This style of staircase can also be inserted in the top floor to give attic access.

The 'Leafield Deluxe' Dolls House comes in kit form and unpainted. However, the Windows, Shutters and Balustrade do come pre-painted so you will need to select the colours at the time of ordering. If you like the colour choice in the photo above simply proceed with the order online or by phone and we will supply the windows, shutters and balustrade painted in Leafied Deluxe Dolls House Kit as per the photo.

If you would like a different colour choice (see colour selection below) of the windows, shutters and balustrade in the photo please inform us you colour selection in the Special Instructions in the online order form or by phone or email. We will confirm your choice by email.

Come in a flat pack box unassembled (1:12 scale). The kit comes with easy to follow instructions as well as nails and screws. The kit builder will need to supply wood adhesive, some solvent glue for window insertion and (if applicable) some contact cement to attatch the corrugated iron to the roof.
