The Little Leafield Doll House Kit is in 1:12 scale and is our smallest doll house, suited to the very young.
The kit comes unassembled in a flat pack box with instructions as well as nails and screws. You will need wood adhesive, solvent glue for window insertion and (if applicable) some contact cement to attatch the corrugated iron to the roof.
The Little Leafield Dolls House Kit comes unpainted. However, the windows and shutters come pre-painted so you will need to select the colours at the time of ordering. If you like the colour choice in the photo above simply proceed with the order online or by phone and we will supply the windows and shutters painted in Little Leafield Dolls House Kit as per the photo.
If you would like a different colour choice (see colour selection below) of the windows and shutters in the photo please inform us you colour selection in the Special Instructions in the online order form or by phone or email. We will confirm your choice by email.
