With its distinctive corrugated iron roof and bullnose verandah, the Rushton is our most popular Australian style doll house.  It is typical of the late-Victorian era when corrugated iron was the main roofing material used for most houses. We can insert matching dormer windows. Alternatively, we can supply the Rushton with tiled roofing and dormer windows.  To make the interior of the house more accessible, a ground and top floor right-angled staircase can be inserted.

The 'Rushton' Dolls House comes in kit form and unpainted. However, the Windows, Shutters and Balustrade do come pre-painted so you will need to select the colours at the time of ordering. If you like the colour choice in the photo above simply proceed with the order online or by phone and we will supply the windows, shutters and balustrade painted in the Rushton Dolls House Kit as per the photo.

Come in a flat pack box unassembled (1:12 scale). The kit comes with easy to follow instructions as well as nails and screws. The kit builder will need to supply wood adhesive, some solvent glue for window insertion and (if applicable) some contact cement to attatch the corrugated iron to the roof.
