The Stratford doll house is a recent addition to the range, and is notable for its redesigned, expansive interior as well as the innovative use of corrugated iron window awnings and dormer roofing.  The verandah post and balustrade assembly have also been redesigned. The offset front door features full length glazing either side.  The interior has been substantially opened up by inserting two, through-the-wall, right-angled staircases as well as the arched top floor room partition.

The 'Stratford' Dolls House comes in kit form and unpainted. However, the Windows, Shutters and Balustrade do come pre-painted so you will need to select the colours at the time of ordering. If you like the colour choice in the photo above simply proceed with the order online or by phone and we will supply the windows, shutters and balustrade painted in the Stratford Dolls House Kit as per the photo.

Come in a flat pack box unassembled (1:12 scale). The kit comes with easy to follow instructions as well as nails and screws. The kit builder will need to supply wood adhesive, some solvent glue for window insertion and (if applicable) some contact cement to attatch the corrugated iron to the roof.
